Kochvideo mit Rezept - Lasagne Bolognese
Zutaten für 6 Personen:
1 kg Hackfleisch, 4 Zwiebeln, 4 Knoblauchzehen, TK Petersilie, 1/2 Tube Tomatenmark, 2 Dosen Pizzatomaten (800 g), 1 Liter Milch, 125 g Butter, 80 g Mehl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Lasagneplatten (1 Packung), Muskat, Rotwein und geriebener Parmesan.
Das Öl in einem Topf erhitzen. Das Hackfleisch hinzugeben und anbraten. Zwiebeln schälen und klein würfeln. Zwiebeln und Petersilie mit in den Topf geben. Knoblauch schälen und in Scheiben schneiden. Knoblauch und Tomatenmark in den Top geben und untermengen. Die Tomaten aus der Dose hinzufügen. mit Pfeffer und Salz würzen sowie Rotwein hinzugeben. Nun köcheln lassen.
Für die Bechamelsauce die Butter in einen Topf geben und zerlaufen lassen. Mehl mit einem Schneebesen unterrühren bis alles hellgelb angeschwitzt ist. Anschließend die Milch hinzugeben und leicht köcheln. Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft und Muskatnuss hinzugeben.
Eine Auflaufform einfetten und den Boden dünn mit der Bolognese bedecken. Mit Lasagneplatten belegen und Bechamelsauce drüber geben. Nun im Wechsel wieder Lasagneplatten, Bolognesesauce und Bechamelsauce schichten. Auf die letzte Schicht Lasagneplatten nur noch Bechamelsauce geben und mit Parmesankäse bestreuen.
Nach 40 Minuten bei 180 Grad im Backofen ist die Lasagne fertig. GUTEN APPETIT
