Chicken Reshmi Kebab with Egg Topping Recipe in Microwave Ingredients - 250 grms Chicken Breast - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 2 tsp Lime Juice - 8 Almonds - 10 Cashew Nuts - 4 tbsp Thick Curd - 4 tbsp Fresh Cream - Cilantro - 1 Green Chilli - Butter - 3 Egg whites - Bamboo Skewers - Salt Preparation Method - In a blender add Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Ginger Garlic Paste, Fresh Cream and Curd (Yogurt) blend this into smooth paste without adding water to it. - Ground paste has to be thick - Take medium size boneless Chicken Breast in a bowl, add ground paste, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Black or White Pepper Powder and Salt, combine everything thoroughly. - Cover the bowl and marinate it for at least 6-8 hours / over night in the Refrigerator - Soak Bamboo skewers in the water at least for 30 minutes. - Cover Aluminium Foil to Microwave Baking Rack and Keep a side. - Put marinated Chicken on the skewers and do not over load the chicken pieces and then make sure there will a gap between pieces - Preheat the Microwave 180’ c and Grill for 8 - 10 minutes - Brush Butter over the grilled Kebabs - Chicken Reshmi Kebab Ready to be served, You can even given Egg coating for grilled Kebab ( this step is optional) Egg Coating for Chicken Reshmi Kebab - Egg which is used to coat the Chicken Kebab after preparation - Take 3 Egg whites in a large bowl, beat them until firm, when it reaches peak consistency add in 1/2 tsp sugar or sugar powder and beat again until mixes well - Spread Egg white evenly over grilled Chicken pieces - Microwave it for 2-3 minutes at 180’c - Chicken Kebab appetiser need to be serve hot ----------------------------------------------------------------------- All Your Favorite Recipes in One Place ! Ginger Paste 1 tsp. Garlic Paste 3 Onions, sliced Salt ¼ tsp. Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder 6 Green Chillies, slit Coriander Leaves, finely chopped 4 Tomatoes, finely chopped ½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder Juice of ½ a Lemon Method:- 1. In a wok heat oil and sear chicken in it and keep aside. 2. In the same wok, fry ginger paste and garlic paste and then onions until golden brown by adding salt. 3. Now add black pepper, red chilli powder, green chillies and saute for a minute before adding coriander leaves. Mix well. 4. Then add the seared chicken and saute for 5 minutes on a medium flame. 5. Add tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes. 6. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Add ½ cup water and cook covered with a lid until the chicken is done. 8.
