Curd - 1/4cup 3. Black Pepper - 1/4ts 4. Salt to taste 5. Water - 1cup 6. Oi l- 1ts 7. Mustard seeds - 1/2ts 8. Cumin seeds - 1/2ts 9. Onion - 1 10. Green Chilli - 1 11. Turmuric - 1/4ts 12. Boil and mashed Potato - 4 13. Lemon juice -1/2 14. Corriander 15. Ghee (Clarified butter) 16. Cheese spread 17. Chaat Masala 18. Tomato sauce Method.... Batter Take a bowl add Sooji(Samolina) , Curd, Black pepper, Salt to taste and mix ...then add Water and Make semi thick batter… cover and keep it for 15min at kitchen counter … For Stuffing... Take a kadhai add oil.. keep gas in low to medium flame.. add mustard seeds , Cumin seed, Onion, green chilli and fry tiii onion get soft... Then add salt to taste, Turmuric mix it... add Boil and Mash potatoes and mix it nicely.. for flavour add lemon juice , coriender and mix it... stuffing is ready.. After 15 min…add Corriander in Suji Batter and Mix it well….

은은한 녹차의 색감이 예쁜 녹차 반숙 치즈타르트를 만들었어요~ ♥더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요♥ ♡For more detailed recipes, please click on the down belowa♡ 은은한 녹차의 색감이 예쁜 녹차 반숙 치즈타르트를 만들었어요~ 타르트 시트를 초코로 구웠는데 녹차와 색감도 어울리고 고급스러운 느낌도 나는 것 같아요~^^ 잘랐을때 주르륵 쏟아지는 느낌이 침샘을 자극하더라구요~ 냄비에 끓여 한번 익힌 치즈반죽을 굽기 때문에 반숙으로 구워 부드럽게 즐길 수 있어 좋은 것 같아요~ 녹차를 좋아하시는 분들은 녹차 향이 가득해서 좋아하실 것 같아요~ 즐겁게 시청하세요~♬ Enjoy~ ----------------------------------------------------------------- ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 12cm ▶재료 중력분 75g 코코아파우더 8g 아몬드가루 12g 슈가파우더 30g 소금 조금 차가운 무염버터 40g 달걀 15g 크림치즈 190g 생크림 70g 슈가파우더 35g 박력분 6g 녹차파우더 8g 달걀 40g ▶레시피 1. 중력분, 코코아파우더, 아몬드가루, 슈가파우더, 소금을 볼에 넣고 섞은 뒤 차가운 무염버터를 넣고 손으로 비비며 버터가 밀가루와 섞어 작아질 때까지 섞는다. 2. 달걀을 넣고 한덩이로 뭉치고 랩에 싸서 냉장실에 30분 정도 휴지시킨다. 3. 반죽을 밀어 펴고 틀에 넣고 모양을 잡은 뒤 바닥에 포크로 구멍을 내고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 25분 정도 굽고 식힌다. 4. 크림치즈, 생크림, 슈가파우더, 박력분, 녹차파우더, 달걀을 볼에 넣고 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비에 올려 섞은 뒤 체에 걸러 냄비에 넣고 약불에서 걸쭉해질 때까지 저으며 끓인다. 5. 다른 볼에 옮겨 담고 식힌 뒤 타르트 시트에 넣고 달걀 노른자 + 우유 섞은 것을 윗면에 바르고 150도 예열된 오븐에서 20분 정도 굽는다. ▶Ingredients 75g Plain flour 8g Cocoa powder 12g Almond powder 30g Powdered sugar a pinch of Salt 40g Cold unsalted butter 15g Egg 190g Cream cheese 70g Whipping cream 35g Powdered sugar  6g Cake flour  8g Green tea powder 40g Egg ---------------------------------------------------------------- 시청해주셔서 감사합니다~♥ Thank you for watching~ ----------------------------------------------------------------- ▶제 영상은 유튜브와 네이버TV에만 업로드 되고 있습니다~ 이 영상을 무단 도용하거나 2차 편집 및 재업로드를 금지합니다.
