Hi Everyone My names is Yasmin Huma Khan. I am gonna show you how to make the Delicious Dish TEH WALI BIRYAANI at home. TRY IT OUT Rerecipe Chicken = 600 g (if your Chicken is 1 kg so you need 800 g Rice) Rice = Basmati sela 400 g (if your Rice is 1 kg so you need 1.2 kg Chicken). Lal Mirchi Powder = 1 table spoon. Dhaniya Powder = 1 table spoon. Garlic and Ginger paste = 1 and 1/2 table spoon. Daahi = 2 table spoon. Green Chili = 5. Lemon = half. oil = 150 ml. Salt = 2 table spoon. Onion = big size 2 piece. Tomato = 2 big in size. Garam Masala 1 = 2 elaichi, 2 flower Jaytree, 4-5 stick of Dall Chini Garam Masala 2 = Half table spoon Zeeraa, Half spoon Kaali Mirch, 7-8 long. Chana Daal Pakora: Ingredients: -Chana daal (Split Bengal gram) 1 Cup (soaked 4-5 hours & strain) -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1 Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp (optional) -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2-3 -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In blender,add split bengal gram,water,mix well & set aside. -In bowl,add green onion leaves,fresh coriander,ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chili powder,red chili crushed,onion,green chilies and mix well. -Now add blended lentil mixture,mix well & set aside. -In wok,heat oil and fry pakora until golden brown. Mash Daal Pakora: Ingredients: -Mash daal (White lentil) 1 Cup (soaked 2-3 hours & strain) -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2-3 -Baking soda 2 pinches -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp -Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In blender,add white lentil,water,blend well & set aside. -In bowl,add onion,fresh coriander,green chilies,baking soda,chaat masala,cumin seeds,red chili crushed,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,salt and mix well. -Now add blended lentil mixture,mix well & set aside. -In wok,heat oil and fry pakora until golden brown. For Steam Pakora: Directions: -Grease ramekins with olive oil and add 1 & ½ tbs of prepared pakora batter. -In pot,heat water and place steam rack with ramekins,cover and cook steam for 10-12 minutes (Insert a tooth pick/stick,if it comes clean,its done). Recipe in Urdu: Mong Daal Pakora: Directions: -Blender mein mong daal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,chaat masala,namak aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ab blended daal mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein oil garam karein aur pakora ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. -Ramekins ko olive oil sa grease karein aur tayyar pakora batter dal dein. Chana Daal Pakora: Directions: -Blender mein chana daal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein hara pyaz,hara dhania,adrak lehsan paste,namak,zeera,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,pyaz aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ab blended daal mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein oil garam karein aur pakora ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. Mash Daal Pakora: Directions: -Blender mein mash daal aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch,baking soda,chaat masala,zeera,lal mirch crushed,dhania,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ab blended daal mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein oil garam karein aur pakora ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. For Steam Pakora: Directions: -Ramekins ko olive oil sa grease karein aur tayyar batter 1 & ½ tbs dal dein. -Pot mein pani garam karein aur ramekins ko steam rack ka saath rakh dein aur dhak ker 10-12 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein (Insert a tooth pick/stick,if it comes clean,its done).

Thank you for Watching """""""""""""""""""" Ingredients: Oil 1 tbsp Chicken boneless 250 grams Salt 1 tsp or to taste Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Crushed red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Dry coriander powder 1/2 tsp Whole spices powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Green chilli large size 10-12 Mozzarella cheese Eggs beaten 2 All-purpose flour 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs 1cup Oil for frying DIRECTIONS: -In pan,add oil,chicken and cook for 10 minutes then add salt,red chilli powder,crushed red chilli powder,turmeric powder,dry coriander powder,whole spice powder,garlic powder,lemon juice,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. -Make a slit in chillies and deseed them gently.put a cheese slice & cooked chicken inside the chillies and set aside. -Coat each chilli with flour then dip it in egg,repeat the step then coat breadcrumbs. -In fry pan,heat oil and fry until light golden brown.
