Pizza Pinwheels Without Oven - Pan/Tawa Pizza Pinwheels Recipe - Pinwheels Recipe - Special Ramadan Recipe | Samosa Pinwheels/ Chicken Pinwheels Samosa | Fried Pinwheels /Cheesy Veg Disc | Healthy Baked Appetizer | Indian Bread Appetizer Recipe /Mixed Vegetable Bread Canapes INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING : Ingredients: Plain Flour 1 Cup Semolina 2 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Water as you required Potato 2 (Boield and Grated) Salt 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Green Chilli 1 (Chopped) Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped) Mango Powder 1 tsp Ajwain 1 Pinch Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Plain Flour 2 tbsp Direction: Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Semolina, Salt 1/2 tsp and mix it well and then add Oil 3 tbsp and mix it well and then knead it with water (Dough should be not soft) and rest it for 20 minutes with cover in room temperature. After that your dough is ready. Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Boield and Grated Potatoes and Salt 1/4 tsp, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Mango Powder, Ajwain, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well. Your stuffing is ready. Roll the dough ball . Take a ball and begin to flatten it with your palms. Lightly dust both sides with flour, and begin to roll out the ball on your powdered surface with rolling pin. Now spread the chicken filling evenly over the rolled roti, slightly pressing. Roll the roti gently. Use a water mixed dough to seal the edges. With a sharp knife slice the both ends. This should make about 8 to 10 pinwheels. Press each pinwheel lightly. Mix the 3 tablespoons all purpose flour and ¼ cup water to make a thin batter. Now dip pinweels one by one in batter and drop them slowly into the hot oil. Fry the pinwheels until both sides are golden-brown, turning occasionally. Here is Special Pulao Biryani, the best of both worlds in one great recipe. #HappyCookingToYou Special Pulao Biryani Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 7-8 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2 -Laung (Cloves) 10-12 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 7-8 -Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tbs -Mutton mix boti ½ kg -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) 1 small -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Ghee ¼ Cup -Pani (Water) 1 litre or as required -Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup -Cream ¼ Cup -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp -Javatri powder (Mace powder) ½ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp -Kewra water ½ tbs -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 medium -Chawal (Rice) sella ½ kg (soaked & boiled) -Pani (Water) 2 tbs -Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp -Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 medium -Ghee 1 tbs Directions: -On muslin cloth,add add green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves,cinnamon sticks,black peppercorns, nutmeg,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,tie and make a potli (bouquet garni) & set aside. -In pot,add mutton,ginger garlic paste,onion,salt,ghee and mix well until color changes. -Add water and potli (bouquet garni),mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender and 1 & ½ cups stock remains. -Remove potli (bouquet garni) and discard it. -In separate pot,add milk and heat it. -Add cream,red chili powder,cumin powder,mace powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder and nutmeg powder,mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. -Now add boiled mutton with stock and mix well. -Add kewra water and mix well,cover & cook for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add lemon juice and mix well. -Add fried onion and boiled rice. -Dissolve yellow food color in kewra water and mix well & drizzle over it. -Add fried onion and ghee,cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. Khatti Daal Ingredients: -Moong daal (Split yellow lentil) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour) -Masoor daal (Split orange lentil) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour) -Pani (Water) 1 litre -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp -Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Imli ka gooda (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 1-2 Tadka: -Oil ¼ Cup -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3 -Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies) 4-5 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Curry pata (Curry leaves) 7-8 Directions: -In pot,add split yellow lentil,split orange lentil,water,turmeric powder,red chili powder,salt,cinnamom stick,ginger garlic paste and mix well,bring it to boil,cover and cook until tender lentils are done (25-30 minutes). -Mash lentils with masher,add tamarind pulp,tomato and mix well,cover & cook until tomato are soft (8-10 minutes). -Add fresh coriander and green chilies,mix well. For Tadka: -In small frying pan,add oil,garlic,whole red chilies and mix well. -Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and fry until light brown. -Add tadka on daal and serve. Tali hari mirchein (Fried Green Chilies) Ingredients: -Imli ka gooda (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ Cup -Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ Cup -Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 8 large -Oil ¼ Cup -Lemon juice 1-2 tbs Directions: -In bowl,add tamarind pulp,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chili crushed,salt and mix well. -Wash and pat dry green chilies,slits green chilies from center and fill the green chilies with prepared spice mix. -In frying pan,add oil and stuffed green chilies,cover and fry from both sides until done. -In the end,squeeze lemon juice and serve.
