Served steaming hot, they tempt the diners with the surge of fresh flavours and amalgam of aromas that is reflective all the ingredients in the sizzler. This Italian Sizzler is a recipe par comparison that combines nutritious veggies like carrots, broccoli and baby corn with luscious cheese, cream and pasta. It is a treat that pampers the taste buds, while also serving as a wholesome meal that satiates your hunger! Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Makes 1 sizzler. For the vegetables 2 tbsp butter ¾ cup blanched broccoli florets ½ cup blanched carrot strips ½ cup sliced and blanched baby corn ½ cup blanched mushrooms, cut into halves Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1 tsp fresh cream For the pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 1½ cups cooked fusilli Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste ½ cup pizza sauce Other ingredients 5 tbsp pizza sauce 2 tbsp grated processed cheese 2 tbsp fresh cream 1 tsp oil mixed with 2 tbsp water For the vegetables 1. Heat the butter on a tava (griddle), add the broccoli, carrots, baby corn and mushrooms, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. 2. Add the salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. 3. Add the cream, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Keep aside. For the pasta Heat the olive oil on a tava (griddle), add the pasta, salt, pepper and the pizza sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Keep aside. How to proceed 1. Heat a sizzler plate over an open flame till it is red hot. 2. Pour 2 tbsp of the pizza sauce evenly all over the plate. 3. Place the prepared pasta on one side of the plate and top it with 3 tbsp of pizza sauce. 4. Place the prepared vegetables on the other side of the plate. 5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly all over the pasta. 6. Finally spread the cream evenly all over the pasta and vegetables. 7. Sprinkle the oil-water mixture evenly over the plate and serve immediately.

Video Includes special chinese red chilli paste to add that special touch to your chinese dishes. #HappyCookingToYou Download iOS & Android apps: http://bit.ly/2xhP4aQ Written Recipe: https://goo.gl/5w6Lgf Also try chinese fried rice: https://goo.gl/we5Hru Sizzling Chicken Manchurian Recipe in English: Ingredients: Chinese Red Chili Paste: -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves ½ Cup -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ Cup -Tomato ketchup 4 tbs -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 pinch -Namak (Salt) 1 pinch -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Oil 1 Cup Sizzling Manchurian: -Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms -Corn flour 1 tbs -Anda (Egg) beaten ½ -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 pinch -Cooking oil for frying -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp -Tomato ketchup 4 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp -Chicken powder ½ tsp -Prepared chinese red chili pasta 2 tbs or to taste -Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup -Gajar (Carrot) slices ¼ Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup -Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Corn flour 1 tbs -Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs -Makhan (Butter) Directions: For Chinese Red Chili Paste: -In chopper,add garlic,chop well & set aside. -In bowl,add red chili powder,tomato ketchup,white pepper powder,salt and water,mix well & set aside. -In wok,add oil,chopped garlic and fry until golden brown. -Now add prepared red chili paste,mix well and cook until oil separates (3-4 minutes) & set aside. -Can be store in air tight container for up to 1 month on shelf. For Sizzling Manchurian: -In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,egg,salt,white pepper powder and mix well. -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until light golden & set aside. -In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well. -Add fried chicken cubes and mix well. -Add tomato ketchup,lemon juice and mix well. -Add vinegar,sugar,salt,white pepper powder,chicken powder and mix well. -Add 2 tbs of prepared chinese red chili paste and mix well. -Add onion,carrot,capsicum,ginger,tomato,fresh coriander and mix well. -Add water and mix well. -In water,add corn flour and mix well. -Gradually add dissolve corn flour and cook until sauce thickens. -On sizzling plate,add butter and let it melt,add chicken manchurian and serve with fried rice. Recipe in Urdu: Directions: For Chinese Red Chili Paste: -Chopper mein lehsan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein lal mirch powder,tomato ketchup,safed mirch powder,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein oil aur chopped lehsan dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. -Ab tayyar red chili paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes) & side per rakh dein. -Air tight container mein dal ker 1 month tak store ker saktay han (on shelf). For Sizzling Manchurian: -Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,anda,namak aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Karhai mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken ko light golden hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Fried chicken cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Tomato ketchup aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Sirka,cheeni,namak,safed mirch powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -2 tbs tayyar chinese red chili paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pyaz,gajar,shimla mirch,adrak,tamatar aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Thora thora ker ka dissolve corn flour shamil kertay jayein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein. -Sizzling plate mein makhan dal ker melt karein,chicken manchurian dal dein aur fried rice ka saath serve karein.
