Chicken Malai Tikka recipe with & without oven

Meet me - This video is about how to make chicken malai tikka or chicken reshmi kabab easily at home :) Reshmi Kebab or Malai Kebab is a exotic fine indian non veg starter kebab.Creamy chicken Malai Tikka...Chicken Malai Tikka recipe is one to try out if you want to have a fancy dinner or want to impress your family members. This is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Chicken. Chicken . Ingredients: Boneless chicken - 250 grams Curd/Yogurt - 1/2 cup Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup Cheese - 2 tablespoon Paste of Ginger garlic & Green chilies - 1 tablespoon Crushed Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi/Dried Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon Cornflour - 2 tablespoon Oil - 2 tablespoon Method: 1. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with Curd, Fresh Cream, Cheese,Paste of Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli Paste, Crushed Black Pepper, Kasoori Methi, Garam Masala Powder, Lemon juice, Salt. mix them well. 2. Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour. 3. After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well. 4. Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated , so it will pierce easily. For oven 5. Cook at 180 degree Celsius for 12 to 15 mins Without oven 6. Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it. 7. Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter. 8. Do not over crowd the pan. 9. Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min. 10.After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over. 11. Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for five minutes. 12. After five minutes open the lid and cook it an high flame until the water gets dry. 13. Cook out until you get nice grill marks. 14. Now heat a charcoal until it's red in color 15. In the pan put a steel glass and place the coal in it. 16. Pour the oil and cover it. 17. Let it covered for 2 minutes. 18. After 2 minutes remove the coal and serve it! If charcoal is not available 19. On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour. Boneless chicken - 1.5 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 1-2tbsp.
Raw papaya - 1tbsp.
Mint and coriander leaves- Half cup
Green chilli - 3-4
Sliced onion - 1(medium size)
Bread slices - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Cream - 2 tbsp.
Coconut powder - 2 tbsp.
Garam masala powder - Half tsp.
Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4th tsp.
Red chilli powder- half tsp.
Charcoal -1
Oil to fry
Take boneless chicken in a bowl, add Ginger garlic paste and raw papaya into it. Mix it and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour for marination.
Take mint and coriander leaves, green chilli, sliced onion , marinated chicken and bread slices in a grinder and grind well. Then add butter, cream, coconut powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and grind it well. Add water if the material is thick.
Then give coal smoke to this mixture for about 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
To make kabab, grease your hands and make small patty out of the mixture. Shallow fry it.
Chicken reshmi kabab is ready to serve.
