कोबीची भाजी हा भारतात घरोघरी बनवला जाणारा पदार्थ। ही भाजी झटपट बनत असल्यामुळे टिफिनसाठी देखील अतिशय उपयुक्त। या विडिओ मध्ये कोबीच्या भाजी सोबतच कोबीचे सोपे सॅलडही दाखवले आहे. Cabbage Sabzi is made in the homes of all over the country. Since it can be made quickly it is also a preferred recipe for tiffin. In this video, cabbage salad is also shown along with cabbage sabzi.

Patta Gobhi Matar - आसानी से बनाई जाने वाली बन्द गोभी आलू मटर की स्वादिष्ट सब्ज़ी. Making poli is a bit tricky. You may also call it as layered poli. The difference between roti and ghadichi poli is in the name itself. You have to do ghadi that is fold the poli while rolling it. Only then it gets layers. So, let’s learn to make ghadichi poli. Ingredients: • 2 cups Wheat flour • Salt to taste • 3/4 cup Water • Oil Method: • In a dish, take wheat flour. Add salt and mix well. • Add a little water at a time and make dough of it. • The dough should be neither thick nor thin. It should be of medium consistency. • Add oil and knead the dough again for about a minute. • Transfer the dough into a bowl. Cover and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. • After about 30 minutes, take the dough from the bowl, add a little oil and knead again. • Make balls of the dough of the size of small ball. • Take one ball, dip it in dry flour and put it on rolling board. • Roll it in elliptical shape with the help of rolling pin. • Add 2-3 drops oil and spread it. Press at the centre and it will be in the shape of bow. • Fold it and again dip it in dry flour. • Heat up a pan till we roll the poli. • Roll the poli. • Transfer the poli on hot pan. Roast the poli on medium to high heat. • When you see small bubbles, flip over the poli. • Brush a little oil. Flip over again. • Again brush a little oil. Flip over again. • Transfer the poli into a dish. This is 2 pudachi poli. • Take another dough boll and make it even by rolling on rolling board by your hands. • Dip it in dry flour and roll a small round poli. • Add 2-3 drops of oil and spread it. Fold it into half and spread oil over it again. • Fold it again and it will be in triangular shape. • Dip it again dry flour and roll it into circular poli. • Make sure edges are not much thick. Roll it from sides. • Once rolled out nicely, transfer it on hot pan. • Again when you see small bubbles on poli, flip over. • Keep on rotating it. Spread a little oil and flip over again. • If you knead the dough properly and heat is right, the poli will puff up really good. • Spread a little oil and flip over. Roast it nicely from both sides. Sides also should be roasted properly. If required press a little at the edges with a ladle. • Once done, take it into a plate. This is 3 pudachi poli. Tips: • Dough must be kneaded well. • Give it a resting time of at least 30 minutes after kneading. • While rolling the poli, try to roll out evenly from all sides. • While roasting the pan should be enough hot. If it is too hot, poli will stick to pan after transferring it and poli may burn. • Heat the pan on medium to high heat. The while roasting the poli you can reduce the heat to medium if you want. • You can roast the poli on medium to high heat too. • After roasting let the poli cool down for about 2-3 minutes and then you can transfer it into airtight container. It is also known as sambar vadi. The stuffing made from fresh coriander leaves tastes just awesome. Stuffing is filled in pockets or “Pudi”, hence the name. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like,share and subscribe. Ingredients: For Cover: • 1/2 cup Besan • 1/2 cup Maida • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder • 1 tsp Carom seeds • 1 tbsp hot Oil For Stuffing: • 2 cups finely chopped Coriander leaves • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds • 1 tbsp White sesame seeds • 1/4 cup dry shredded Coconut • 1 tsp Oil • 1 tsp Red chili powder • 1 tsp Kala masala • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder • Salt to taste • Few Raisins For Pudachi Vadi: • 1 tsp Kala masala • A pinch of Salt • 1 tsp Oil • Oil for frying Method: For Cover: • In a bowl take besan, maida. • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds and mix well. • Add hot oil and mix well with a spoon. • Let the mixture cool down a little. • Mix the oil well with the flour. The flour should get texture like breadcrumbs. • Add a little water at a time and knead stiff dough. • The dough should not be soft or it may have cracks. • Knead stiff dough and transfer it into a bowl for resting. For Stuffing: • Clean the coriander leaves after buying form the market. • Separate the leaves and wash them well. • Spread the leaves on a clean napkin and let then dry completely preferably overnight. • Chop the dried coriander leaves finely and keep them aside. • Heat up a pan on medium heat. • Add poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dry grated coconut and fry on medium heat until coconut gets nice golden color. • Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and just give it 2-3 pulses. • It should have coarse texture and not a fine one. • You also can pound the mixture into a mortar and pestle. • In the same pan, heat up oil. • When the oil is enough hot, turn off the gas. • Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, kala masala and mix well. • Add blended masala and mix well. • Add salt, raisins and mix well. • Let the mixture and the pan cool down completely. • When everything is cooled down completely add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. • The stuffing is already. • The pan and the masala should be completely cooled down or the coriander leaves will release lot of moisture. For Pudachi Vadi: • In a bowl take kala masala. • Add salt, oil and mix well. • Kala masala chutney for spreading over the pari is already. • You can add tamarind chutney if you want. • Take a small ball of dough and smoothen it out. • Roll it like poori. • Do not use dry flour while rolling. You can use a little oil if required but not dry flour at all. • Spread the kala masala chutney over the poori and fill lot of stuffing at the center. • You should fill enough stuffing so that the vadi won’t sound empty. • Fold from one side and then the other. • Press it well so that vadi should not open up. • Fold both the edges and you can give it a little triangular or pyramid shape to the vadi by pinching it at the center if you want. • Heat up oil in a pan. • Drop vadi in oil and fry on low to medium heat until vadi is nice and crispy from both sides. • Take the vadi out and pudachi vadi is already. • You can have it as it is or with tamarind chutney. Kobichi bhaji is yet another side dish that goes well with chapati or phulka. It is very simple and easy to make. A good option for lunch box. Cabbage or patta kobi can be prepared in different ways like by adding tomatoes or potatoes or even green peas. But today we are making this sabzi by adding chana dal. Just go for it.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Mustard seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Asafoetida
• 7~8 finely chopped Garlic cloves
• 2~3 Green chillies
• Curry leaves
• 2 cups finely chopped Cabbage
• 1/2 cup Soaked Chana dal
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours.
• Heat up oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them sizzle
up.
• Add cumin seeds and let them pop up.
• Add asafoetida and garlic. Fry for a minute till garlic turns a bit
brown.
• Add turmeric powder, green chillies and curry leaves. Mix well.
• Add cabbage, soaked chana dal and salt. Mix well.
• Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Check at the intervals and
mix well.
• Check if dal is also cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves. Mix
well.
• Kobichi bhaji is already.
