Vondior 926 AM FM Portable Radio Unboxing and Review

The Vondior 926 AM FM portable and pocket friendly radio works on getting the job done, but does it? As I unbox this inexpensive radio, is it a NIA buster? The Vondior 926 at Amazon: https://amzn.to/2M2GfnT The Sony P26 at Amazon: https://amzn.to/2LX2RpR The Sangean SR-35 at Amazon: https://amzn.to/2MzEzTX The Radio Shack 1200526: https://amzn.to/2M35wy7 The features I like about this radio: Inexpensive. FM Reception is good. Portable. Uses AA batteries. Speaker auido good for news/classical music. Headphone jack has good audio, with low noise. Features that could be added or improved on: Tuning light. Improve AM circuit. Calibrate dial so your at least somewhere close on the bands. Overall this radio gets a no-buy from me unless its $8.47 and you plan to use it mainly for FM listening. The Sony P26, Sangean SR-35 and the still available off and on again Radio Shack 1200526 are great radios for a few dollars more. Any of those three would be my choices when this radio is at its normal $16-$17 price tag. Thanks for watching. Sony ICF-S10MK2 AM FM Portable Radio Review

The Sony S10MK2 AM FM portable radio is the perfect handheld radio when found at a low price. I actually prefer this one over the P26. The cabinet style is nice, and I like the attention to the small details, such as the notched area for the antenna and shoulders to protect the tuning and volume knobs. Features I like about this radio: Reception on both bands is very good. Speaker audio quality is quite pleasing to listen to for long periods. Compact. Build quality is solid. Tuning indicator LED. Accurate Dial. Overall, I found a great little handheld here. Thank you Peter Atkinson for the donation. I will be using this radio as my daily driver for the time being. If found for under $20, do yourself a favor and buy one. You will like it. You can help support the channel now by just doing your normal shopping through my Amazon links.
