On a grill add about 1 Tbsp of olive oil, and place steamed green beans on grill. Grill for about 5 minutes, then add minced garlic, and continue to grill for another 5 minutes. Place the green beans on serving plate and add salt to taste.

For Dressing - In a jar, add mustard sauce, honey, vinegar, olive oil, water and oregano. Mix them well. Shake them and the dressing is ready. Simple Sautéed Green Beans Recipe
If you don't have a grill and you want to achieve the grill-like look of your green beans, cast iron skillet is the way to go.
I sauté all of my veggies in a cast iron pan because it is easier to control the heat and cooking time. Plus, if your main dish is not something you cooked on the grill, it is wasteful to run your grill just for the veggies, unless you are making side dishes for a lot if guests.
Cooking directions for 2 servings:
Put the cast iron pan on the burner and set it to high
After 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt
Add 2 hands-full of washed green beans
Saute on high for 1 minute
Turn the heat to medium
Add 1 clove of unpeeled garlic
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Saute for 3-4 minotes
Add 1 tbsp of dried dill
Mix well and turn off the burner
Serve with your main dish
