Frozen french fries ingredients: 6 large potatoes 7 cups water 2 tsp white vinegar cooking oil for deep frying extra water 2 pcs. ice optional:(flavors) sour cream, barbecue and cheese powder Procedure: 1) Peel potatoes 2) Mix 7 cups water and 2 tsp vinegar 3) Cut potatoes into sticks 4) Place the cut potatoes into the water and vinegar mixture 5) Soak slice potatoes in the water and vinegar solution for 20-30 min. 6) Boil potatoes for 4-5 mnutes. *cook 60%-80% only 7) Turn the heat off 8) Transfer boiled potatoes into the ice bath 9) Transfer potatoes in a clean towel and let them dry for 1-2hrs. 10)Pack by 200g 11)Seal 12)Freeze overnight. *can be stored for 6-10 months 13)Preheat cooking oil 14)Deep fry french fries.*no need to thaw 15)fry for 3-5 min. over high heat 16)Turn the heat off and drain excess oil 17)Coat the french fries with flavored powder. Fish ball (Streetfood style) ingredients: 3 cups all purpose flour 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium sized onion, minced 1/3 cup carrots, minced 1/4 cup spring onions 3 tbsp baking powder 1 fish broth cube salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup hot water(to dissolve broth cube) 2 cups cooking oil Procedure: 1) Dissolve fish broth cube in hot water. Set aside 2) In a bowl combine all purpose flour, baking powder, pepper and salt 3) Add garlic, onion, spring onions and carrots 4) Add fish broth and water. Mix well 5) Drop 1/4 tsp of mixture into the oil 6) Remove and drain excess oil Fish ball Sauce: 2 cups water 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 small sized onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced pepper to taste 1-2 chili peppers 1/8 pork cube(optional) Procedure: 1) In a bowl combine water, brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well 2) Add onion and garlic 3) Cook over medium heat. Frozen Fish balls | How to make Fish balls (Fish recipe)

ingredients:

586g fish fillets
1 3/4 cups cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp white sugar
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/8 cup garlic, chopped
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
3/4 cup water
1 liter lukewarm water

Procedure:

1) Mince carrots and spring onions finely. Set aside
2) Grind the fish fillets
3) Add salt, pepper, sugar, onions, garlic, baking powder, cornstarch and water
4) Grind until texture is uniform
5) Add minced carrots and spring onions. Grind again until well blended
6) Forming the fish ball:
A. Prepare the lukewarm water.
B. Use 1 teaspoon (measuring spoon)
C. Get a handful of fish mixture
D. Close your hand and form a small circle with your thumb and index finger
E. Squeeze your hand until a ball emerges through the circle
F. Use the teaspoon to scrape off the ball
G. Drop it into the bowl of lukewarm water
H. Bring water to a simmer
I. Put fish balls into the simmering water. *not boiling
J. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. *wait until all the fish balls float
K. Remove and drain excess water. let it cool
7) Packing:
A. Use zip lock or clear poly bag (plastic bag)
B. Pack by 20 pcs. or by grams
8) Sealing:
A. Use sealer. If none *use aluminum foil and electric flat iron
B. Fold alum. foil and put the edge of the plastic bag in the middle
C. Iron it for 25 seconds
9)Freeze for 1 month

*can be served deep fried, stir fry and soup
