Cow Leg & Mung Beans Curry Cooking - 24 Pieces Paya Nehari & Ruti Making To Feed Whole Villagers

My village peoples wanted to eat paya (Cow leg/beef leg) curry with hand made wheat flour cake/ruti. We can manage 24 pieces of cow leg in day from our local meat market. And cooked paya and mung beans curry for them. This cow leg curry not actually called nehari cause we added pulses (Mung Beans) with it. It can be called Paya curry or beef let daal. We have first remove the skin of cow leg then add the leg bottom part in the boiled water and hit there and remove the black part of beef leg. Then cutting the cow leg into small small pieces and then clean it using fresh water. Then added all spice mashala and added all leg pieces with it then added fried mung beans as well. And then added water with it. We have added English ingredient with the video to make you guys understand the recipe and cooking process. At last we serve the food to whole village peoples. About 200+ children and men & women come to eat together. Our most cute baby Sneyha also sitting and eat with all the villagers. This all cooking food and equipment manage and funding by AroundMeBD channel as our charity food work to village children and village peoples. Hope you enjoy the video. Thank you very much for watching our videos. You can like our facebook page to see some unseen picture of daily event.
