THE RECIPE :

For the ingredients you need :
1 avocado
1 big cup of full cream milk
1 coffee cup of cashew
Honey (free)
And 1 cup of ice cubes.
Put in the blender the milk, the cashew and the avocado peeled and cut into small pieces
and blend for a few seconds;
Then add the ice cubes and blend again for few seconds.
Ready to serve…. That’s it !
