Ingredients: Bitter Gourd (Karela) 14 or 1 kg Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Stuffing Ingredients: Chicken Mince 500 gms Onion 1 (Chopped) Garlic Paste 1 tsp Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp Tomato 1 (Chopped) Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped) Green Chilli 1 (Chopped) Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp (Crushed) Cumin Powder 1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp (Crushed) Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Gravy Ingredients: Onion 4 (Chopped) Tomatoes 6 (Chopped) Salt 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1+1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp Direction: Step 1: Remove the outer covering of Bitter Melon and pull out seeds and marinate it with salt and Turmeric Powder and rest it for 20 minutes. Step 2: After that 2 time Wash it with clean water and completly dry it. Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Tomato, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Button Red Chilli, Cumin Powder, Pomegranate Seeds Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well and fill this mixture into all Bitter Melon and bind it with Thread. Step 4: Now take a pan and add 1/2 Cup oil and shallow fry it on medium flame for 15 minutes with stir. Step 5: Now take a pot and add 1/4 Cup oil and onion and fry it until it become light pink color and then add Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and stir it and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid. Step 6: Now remove lid and stir it and then put all fried Bitter Melon (Karela) and slightly stir it and add 2 tbsp water and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After that your Stuffed Karela is Ready. Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe is a tasty starter recipe of chicken cooked along with lemon and pepper with corn flour slurry METHOD 1.First we need to marinate chicken Take chicken - 1/2 kilo and put deep gashes on it To it add Yogurt - 100 gram Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon Salt as required Chopped coriander leaves Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes 2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon To it add Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon Cloves - 2 Cardamom pods - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Bay leaves - 2 Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon Saute them 3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown 4.Make a slurry of cornflour by mixing 1 cup water with a tablespoon of cornflour and add it to roasted chicken 5.Add Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Green chilies - 3 Butter - 1 teaspoon Mix well and the recipe is ready

Noodles 200 gms (Boiled)
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each)
Soya Sauce 1/4 Cup
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 Cup
Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Onion, Capsicum and add Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each) and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Soya Sauce and stir it and cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that remove the lid and take 1/2 cup water and add Corn Flour 1 tbsp and mix it well and then add it and mix it well on low flame. After that add salt, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and add boiled noodles and mix it well on high flame for 2 minutes. After that your Chicken Vegetables Noodles is ready.
