Ingredients Sweet potato 1 Onion 1 Red pepper 1 Bacon strips 2 Egg 1 Grapeseed oil 2 tbsp Lime juice 1/4 lime Scallions to taste Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley to taste Directions 1.
