HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH 3 WAYS (VEGAN + HIGH PROTEIN)

Wowza my first voiceover videooooo, but YES you can eat this cookie dough by the bowl full if you feel so inclined. It is healthy, refined sugar free, oil free, gluten free, vegan, high protein, low fat... you get the point :) *EDIT* FAQ based on comments: Does it taste like cookie dough? It's not spot on, but you can make unhealthy vegan cookie dough with vegan butter, refined sugar etc. if you are looking for an exact dupe. This comes pretty close but remains extremely clean and healthy. Can I use a different flour? Yes. Adjust texture accordingly. Can you taste the beans? I don't think so and based on feedback I've gotten from people who have treid. It depends on how much sweetener you use, and most things taste amazing with sweetener and chocolate chunks added. How many calories/what are the macros? I don't count calories--all the ingredients are listed, feel free to plug it into a nutrition tracker and calculate it yourself. Texture problems--add more or less "flour" Taste--did you add enough sweetener? adjust w maple syrup as you see fit. RECIPES Chocolate Chip - 1 can cooked chickpeas approx 16oz - 1/3 cup flour of choice (I used buckwheat, you can use any kind you prefer) - 1/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained) - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - pinch of salt - maple syrup (to taste) - 1/4 cup cacao nibs and/or dairy free or dark chocolate chips Chocolate Chunk Brownie Batter - 1 can cooked black beans (I used a 19oz can) - 1/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained) - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - pinch of salt - 1/4-1/3 cup cacao powder or carob powder - 1/3 cup flour of choice (I used buckwheat, you can use any kind you prefer) - dark chocolate or dairy free chocolate chunks Snickerdoodle - 1 can cooked white beans, roughly 16oz - 1/3 cup flour of choice (I used buckwheat, you can use any kind you prefer) - 1/3 cup pitted dates (soaked + drained) - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon, more to taste - pinch of salt (OPTIONAL) - coconut sugar - maple syrup - cinnamon + coconut sugar to top Directions If you are using canned beans, be sure to rinse your beans well until all foam and bubbles disappear. Strain to dry before use. Begin by adding your beans to a blender or food processor. Next, add all ingredients except for your toppings. Blend everything until beans are broken down and smooth, adding the water you soaked your dates in by the teaspoon if necessary, to ease it along. After your mixture is smooth, you want to adjust the texture of your cookie dough, so add any additional buckwheat flour until you reach your desired texture. Additionally, test the sweetness and add more dates if you feel it is necessary, or add a bit of maple syrup. I find that with the snickerdoodle recipe, or using white beans, more sweetener helps because white beans do have a bit of a stronger taste to me! The dough should keep in the fridge for a couple days in an airtight container. Dans un robot culinaire, ajouter les pois chiches, le beurre d'arachide, l'extrait de vanille et le sirop d'érable. Mélanger jusqu'à consistance lisse et crémeuse. 2. Ajouter les graines de chia moulues et la protéine de pois au robot culinaire et mélanger jusqu'à ce que tout soit combiné. 3. Mettre le mélange de pâte à biscuits dans un bol et incorporer les pépites de chocolat. 4. Servir immédiatement. In a food processor, add chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the ground chia seeds and pea protein to the food processor and blend until everything is combined. 3. Add chickpea cookie dough mixture to a small bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. 4. 2 tablespoon agave nectar
