- samosa recipe with step by step photos & video. learn how to make samosa at home. fried samosa समोसा एक इंडियन रेसिपी है ,काफी ज्यादा पसंद की जाने वाली रेसिपी है ,कहा जा सकता है की ये स्ट्रीट फ़ूड है। मेदा से इसकी परत बनाई जाती है और इसके अंदर आलू मटर का मसाला भरा जाता है ,समोसे को सुबह या शाम को नास्ते मैं चाय के साथ खाया जाता है ,हरे धनिये की चटनी ,इमली की चटनी ,प्याज़ की चटनी ,धनिया पुदीने की चटनी आदि के साथ खाया जाता हैसमोसा बनाने के लिए सामग्री ; ऊपरी परत बनाने के लिए, मैदा 500 ग्राम ( 2 कप ) तेल 100 ग्राम ( आधा छोटा कप ) नमक स्वादनुसार अजवाइन एक छोटी चम्मच से कम पानी 150 ग्राम ( आधा कप ) भरावन के लिए (आलू मसाला ); उबले हुए आलू चार ,पांच मटर एक छोटी कटोरी से कम हरी मिर्च एक,दो (बारीक़ पीसी हुई) अदरक आधा इंच से कम (पीसा हुआ ) नमक स्वादानुसार लाल मिर्च पाउडर आधी छोटी चम्मच से कम हल्दी पाउडर एक चोथाई छोटी चम्मच धनिया पाउडर आधी छोटी चम्मच सोंफ पाउडर आधी चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर एक चौथाई चम्मच काला नमक एक चौथाई चम्मच से कम हींग चौथाई छोटी चम्मच से कम जीरा आधी छोटी चम्मच तेल समोसे तलने के लिए धनिया पत्ता बारीक़ कटा पनीर optional काजू ऑप्शनल किसमिश ऑप्शनल गर्म मसाला आधी छोटी चम्मच विधि ; सबसे पहले समोसे के लिए ऊपरी परत बना लेते हैं , 2 कप मैदा लीजिये ,उसमे स्वादनुसार नमक दाल दीजिये फिर आधी छोटी चम्मच अजवाइन डाल दीजिये उसके बाद तेल और पानी डाल दीजिये और सख्त आटा लगा दीजिये और इसे किसी कपडे से ढक कर रख दीजिये कुछ समय के लिए। अब भरावन के लिए आलू मसाला बना लेते हैं , सबसे पहले कढ़ाई मैं एक चम्मच तेल डालिये और गर्म होने दीजिये ,अब इसमें जीरा डालिये और भूनिये फिर अदरक ,हरीमिर्च (पीसी हुई )डाल कर भूनिये अब इसमें हींग डाल दीजिये फिर सारे मसाले डाल दीजिये ,उसके बाद उबले हुए आलू कद्दूकस कर के डाल दीजिये और 2 मिनिट तक पकाइये अब बारीक़ कटा धनिया और गर्म मसाला डाल दीजिये अब आलू मसाला तैयार है। अब मैदा की गोल गोल लोई बनाइये और अर्द्ध चंद्राकर आकर मैं बेल कर काट लीजिये अब इसमें भरावन (आलु मसाला ) भर दीजिये ,इसी प्रकार से सारे समोसे भर लीजिये और कढाई मैं तेल डालकर तल लीजिये समोसे तैयार हैं। टोमेटो सॉस और ग्रीन चटनी या छोले या कढ़ी के साथ सर्व करे धन्यवाद । ।

Puffy Moong Dal Cheela, moong dal cheela recipe, moong dal chilla with stuffing, Moong Dala Masala Crepes, green moong dal cheela, Ingredients for Moong Dal Double Cheela Moong dal Premix (मूंग दाल प्रीमिक्स ) - 1 cup (180 gms) Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) - 1/2 cup (75 gms) Oil (तेल ) - 2 to 3 tbsp Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped ) Green coriander chutney (हरे धनिये की चटनी ) - 2 tbsp Tomato sauce (टमाटो सौस ) - 2 tbsp Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped) Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 1 tsp Lemon (नींबू ) - 1/2 Salt (नमक ) - More than 1 tsp or to taste Grated cottage cheese (पनीर ) - 1/2 cup (100 gms) Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1/4 cup (finely chopped) Grated Cauliflower (गोभी ) - 1/4 cup Grated Carrot (गाजर ) - 1/4 cup Green peas (हरी मटर ) - 2 tbsp How to make Stuffed double cheela: 1. Take Moong dal Pre mix, add wheat flour add water and make thin batter of pouring consistency. 2. Add salt, stir batter well, add green coriander. Keep the batter aside to puff up for 10 minutes. 3. For paneer stuffing take ,paneer, salt ,finely chopped green chili, ginger paste, lemon juice, green coriander. Mix all igredients well. Stuffing is ready. 4. For veggie stuffing take, finely chopped capsicum,grated cauliflower,grated carrot,green peas,salt,finely chopped green chili, ginger paste,lemon juice,green coriander.Mix all ingredients well.Stuffing is ready. 5. after 10 minutes, batter is puffed up. If dense add little water. 6. Heat 2 pans,add some oil, spread it evenly. Let the pans cool. Pour batter to make cheela. Roast on low medium flame.Spread oil on the sides of the cheela. Once roasted, flip and roast other side. 7. Spread tomato sauce over one cheela, spread evenly. Put paneer stuffing over it, spread evenly. Put batter over it, close stuffing. 8. Pour oil over it, bit on the sides. Cook cheela on low medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes. 9. Spread green chutney over other cheela roasted likewise, put veggie stuffing, pour batter over it. Then pour oil on it and on sides. Cover and cook on low medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes. 10. After 6 minutes, lift cheela and check it. Flip and roast other side as well. Cover and roast it from below for 5 to 6 minutes.Prepare both likewise. 11. Open and make them crispy for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip cheela and check again. Once roasted it is ready. 12. Cheela is roasted,keep in plate.It takes 16 to 18 minutes to roast one cheela. Cut cheela in any shape. Serving : 13. Tempting Stuffed double cheela can be served with, green coriander chutney, tomato sauce or any desired dip. Paneer paratha recipe, How to make paneer paratha for kids & toddlers, paneer paratha video, stuffed paneer paratha

Ingredients for Punjabi style Paneer Paratha
Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 cups (300 gms)
Paneer (पनीर ) - 200 gms
Ghee (घी ) - 3 to 4 tbsp
Green coriander (हरा धनिया )- 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर )- 1 tsp
Mango Powder (अमचूर पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/4 tsp
Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
Salt (नमक ) - tsp or to taste

Step by Step recipe for Paneer Stuffed Parantha:

1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.Add 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp ghee to it. Mix well. Add water in small portions and knead a soft dough. 1 tbsp less than 1 cup water is used to knead the dough.Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 to 25 minutes to set.
2. For stuffing grate panner in a mixing bowl, add spices such as 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala.2 finely chopped green chili,1/4 tsp red chili powder and 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander. Mix well.
3. When 20 minutes are done, Grease your hands with little ghee,squash the dough a bit.
4. To make paranthas by the first way, Break a lump from the dough. Make a round dough ball and give peda like shape, coat in dry flour. Roll it out 4 to 5 inch in diameter. Meanwhile put the tawa to heat up.
5. Place 2 to 3 tsp stuffing over the rolled out parantha,Close the stuffing by lifting from all sides.
6. Press with palm to spread stuffing evenly, then coat it with dry flour again. Roll it out from the edges,keep thick, 6 to 7 inch in diameter.
7. Put little ghee on tawa spread evenly, put the parantha to roast on the tawa. Keep the flame medium.Let the parantha slightly roast from beneath until brown spots appear. Roll other paranthas likewise.When parathas have brown spots, flip them, apply ghee on both sides and roast well. Once roasted Lift the parantha and put it over the bowl placed on the plate.
8. To make paranthas the other way,break the dough lumpMake 2 equal dough lumps, then make a round ball, then gave peda like shape. Coat with dry flour, roll it out 6 to 7 inch in diameter same as chapati. Keep in plate, roll other sheet likewise.
9. To stuff the parantha, Put some stuffing over the sheet.Leave some space on the edges,grease the edges with water.
10. Place the parantha over it and press on the edges for both sides to stick.Roll out lightly. Roast same as previous paranthas. Place the roasted paranthas in a plate. Turn off flame. 5 to 6 paranthas can be made with this quantity of dough.

Serving :

11. Yummy and sumptuous Paneer Stuffed Paranthas are ready.You can serve these paranthas,with dahi , chutney, achar or your favorite sabzi. HAve it for lunch or dinner and relish anytime.
