Ginger Paste 1 tsp. Garlic Paste 3 Onions, sliced Salt ¼ tsp. Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder 6 Green Chillies, slit Coriander Leaves, finely chopped 4 Tomatoes, finely chopped ½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder Juice of ½ a Lemon Method:- 1. In a wok heat oil and sear chicken in it and keep aside. 2. In the same wok, fry ginger paste and garlic paste and then onions until golden brown by adding salt. 3. Now add black pepper, red chilli powder, green chillies and saute for a minute before adding coriander leaves. Mix well. 4. Then add the seared chicken and saute for 5 minutes on a medium flame. 5. Add tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes. 6. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Add ½ cup water and cook covered with a lid until the chicken is done. 8. Hyderabadi Dum Ka Chicken is a tasty and Famous Hyderabadi Chicken recipe. This is a simple recipe where Chicken is marinated then cooked under low flame. METHOD 1.Chicken - 1 kilo, cut into medium sized pieces 2.Next grind into a fine paste Ginger - 50 gram Garlic cloves - 20 Green chilies - 4 Use little water and grind it into fine paste, add it to chicken pieces 3.Now grind Almonds - 20 gram Cashew nuts - 20 gram Dry coconut - 20 gram along with Cardamom - 4 Cloves - 6 Cinnamon stick - 3 Grind it into fine paste using little water 4.Add yogurt - 250 gram Deep fried onion of two big sized onions, crush it well and add Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon Salt as per taste Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Few mint and coriander leaves Oil - 2 tablespoon Butter - 50 gram / Clarified butter - 50 gram Mix it well and marinate for 3 hours 5.Now cook the marinated chicken as shown in the video also give it charcoal smoke for extra taste 6.Serve hot with roti or paratha

Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe is a tasty starter recipe of chicken cooked along with lemon and pepper with corn flour slurry

METHOD

1.First we need to marinate chicken
Take chicken - 1/2 kilo and put deep gashes on it
To it add
Yogurt - 100 gram
Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Salt as required
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes

2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon
To it add
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves - 2
Cardamom pods - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Saute them

3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown

4.Make a slurry of cornflour by mixing 1 cup water with a tablespoon of cornflour and add it to roasted chicken

5.Add
Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilies - 3
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Mix well and the recipe is ready
