Today i will show you how to make "Layered Meat" in your dutch oven. Its a very popular dish in Germay and it´s called "Schichtleisch" over here. This Dish is not only just amazing in taste, it also helps seasoning your brand new dutch oven and prevents it from rusting. Find out more about kamadojoe - https://goo.gl/Wue68P This is the Dutch Oven that I used - http://amzn.to/2CTIOob This is where I order my meat - https://goo.gl/zaDrxW Help translate our videos for deaf fans- http://www.youtube.com/timedtext_cs_panel?tab=2&c=UC_kARM8MBLDBxZQuZeYYQdQ Recipe Chuck eye Steaks - 2 steaks Onion - 1 Garlic cloves - 5 Ginger - 1 thumb size Rawit peppers - 2 pcs Beef broth - 500 ml Soy sauce - 1 tbs Fish sauce - 1/2 tbs Ginger syrup - 1 tbsp 5 spice powder - tsp spring oinons - handfull Shitake mushrooms - 5 How To - Start up your barbecue and grill the steak direct over the coals. When the caramelized take them off and put them aside while you set your grill up to cook at a low heat. (110 Celsius or 225 Fahrenheit - While the grill is cooling down use some of that heat to sweat the fine chopped onions, garlic an ginger. - Add the rest of the ingredients except for the spring onion and the mushrooms. - Let the stew simmer for 4 to 5 hours - Add the sping onions and shitake mushrooms and take the pan of the grill. - Plate up the stew when the meat is fall apart tender and enjoy! This is how you sell brussel sprouts to your kids Find all Napoleon dealers - http://www.napoleongrills.nl/zoek-uw-plaatselijke-dealer This is where I order my meat - http://www.beefensteak.nl/en/ These are my knives - http://www.wuesthof.com/germany/products/overview/cutlery/classic-ikon/9600-22 Recipe: Ingredients: Minced meat – 400 gram Sausage stuffing – 400 gram Green beans - 100 gram Brussel sprouts - 100 gram Red bell peppers - 1 piece Yellow bell peppers- 1 piece Mozzarella - 50 gram shredded Cheddar - 50 gram shredded Crispy bacon strips - 10 pieces Sweet red onions: Red onions - 4 large Brown sugar - 5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar - 4 tablespoons Topping: Barbecue rub - 3 tablespoons Crispy bacon - 5 tablespoons Barbecue sauce – 5 tablespoons How To: - Soak your cedar plank in water for about 2 hours before using them. - Start up your barbecue and set it to roast at 180 Celsius 360 Fahrenheit - Boil the brussel sprouts and green beans for about 5 minutes - Soften your onions and add the vinegar and sugar. Let it simmer until it caramelizes. - Crispen your bacon - Assemble the Meatloaf and place it on a Cedar plank and on the grill - When the cheese starts coming out of the meatloaf brush on the barbecue sauce and let the meatloaf roast for another 5-10 minutes and your ready to enjoy a beautiful meatloaf! Ingredients:
sweet onion - 1 piece
shallot - 2 pieces
red onion - 1 piece
Celery - 8 stalks
Carrots - 4 pieces
Mushrooms - 8 pieces
Garlic cloves - 2 pieces
Red burgundy wine - 700ml
Chuck eye - 1,5 kg
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Cubes dried chicken stock - 2 cubes
Bacon - 200 gram

How To:
04h35m - Start a chimney starter full of briquettes
04h20m - Chop all the vegetables
04h10m - Sear the chuck eye and sweat the onions, garlic and tomato paste
04h00m - Simmer the chuck eye, the carrots, celery in the red wine
02h00m - Crispen up some bacon and add it to the stew together with the mushrooms...and let it simmer some more
00h00m - ... its time to enjoy!!
