I'm not saying, I don't enjoy the days that I'm not eating chocolate cake. But I do particularly like those days when I am eating chocolate cake ;) CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS:- Powdered Sugar 2 cups All-purpose flour 1-3/4 cups Cocoa powder 3/4 cup baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon eggs 2 milk 1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup vanilla extract 2 teaspoons boiling strong coffee 1 cup ingredients for the Ganache Dark Chocolate 600g Nutella 300g Heavy whipping Cream 700g Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons Method:-Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; With electric mixer beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling coffee (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans . Cool completely. Frost with DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE. There is a remedy that REALLY works. This stuff is no joke.. Trust me, you will thank me later.

This is the recipe to make the most basic #chocolatecake at home.

Ingredients :

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1&1/2 cups (Tip : try 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar)
Cocoa Powder - 1 cup
Instant Coffee - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 tea spoon
Egg -1
Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence -1 teaspoon (Optional)

Recipe :

Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl - Flour, sugar,cocoa powder,coffee,salt,baking soda,baking powder.

Step 2 : Microwave the chocolate chips,butter and milk together in a bowl for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Stir the microwaved chocolate chips into a smooth paste.

Step 4 : Mix all the dry ingredients, chocolate paste, egg(s), vanilla essence with a spatula or an electric beater.

Step 5 : Preheat the oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C for 10-12 min.

Step 6 : Butter a cake tin and sprinkle cocoa powder in it.

Step 7 : Pour the batter in the tip and pat it on the work surface to remove any extra air bubble.

Step 8 : Put the tin in the oven and bake it for 30 min (The time can vary a little from oven to oven).

Step 9 : You can poke a skewer or chopstick or a fork and check if it comes out clean. That will indicate that the cake is baked completely.

Step 10 : Take out the cake and set it aside to cool for 15 min.

Cut the cake into pieces and enjoy with your friends and family.

You can store it in fridge in air-tight containers for atleast a week and microwave for 30s before serving.

But, I am sure it wont be there for a week, because you would have finished it much before that ;)
