How to bottle (can) your own tomato passata from fresh tomatoes! This is the perfect - and incredibly easy - way to preserve that garden glut of tomatoes, without needing to use a fridge or freezer for storage. My favourite two herb/spice blends which can be added to the passata for a different flavour. Each blend makes enough for 6 x 500ml (pint) jars of passata: Spicy Italian (Arrabiata) Style - perfect over pasta - 2 tbsp dried oregano - 2 tbsp dried basil - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 2 tbsp chilli flakes or powder (go as hot as you dare!) Smoky Chilli Style - perfect stirred into cooked mince for an easy chilli con carne - 2 tsp cumin seeds - 4 tsp chilli powder (go as hot as you dare!) - 4 tsp smoked paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp onion powder Happy cooking & gardening! Healthy Shrimp Pasta in Garlic Tomato Sauce – shrimp seared on stove top with crushed red pepper, paprika, and salt, then smothered in a spicy sauce made with chopped onions, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes. Seasoned with basil and oregano.

Delicious, creamy shrimp pasta recipe with lots of bold flavors!

This recipe is low calorie, we don't use wheat flour and cheese, bat rye flour pasta!!!

Get dinner on the table fast, and without accumulating a ton of dishes with this recipe from Tasty.

Ingredients:
Shrimps - 300 gr.
Rye flour pasta - 200 gr.
Tomatoes - 150 gr.
Sweet paper
Onion
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt
Spices

Cooking process:
1. Peel and chop onion and garlic cloves
2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally.
3. Wash and chop tomatoes and sweet paper, add them into the skillet. Cook 5 minutes until tomatoes and paper are soft and mixture is thickened.
4. Peel shrimps, if you use fresh.
5. Smooth vegetables in the skillet using an immersion blender into tomato sauce.
6. Place shrimps into the skillet, simmer 5-7 minutes, add spices and salt.
7. Cook pasta as specified on the package.
8. Stir in basil and pasta; toss to combine. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese, if desired.
