I'm not saying, I don't enjoy the days that I'm not eating chocolate cake. But I do particularly like those days when I am eating chocolate cake ;) CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS:- Powdered Sugar 2 cups All-purpose flour 1-3/4 cups Cocoa powder 3/4 cup baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon eggs 2 milk 1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup vanilla extract 2 teaspoons boiling strong coffee 1 cup ingredients for the Ganache Dark Chocolate 600g Nutella 300g Heavy whipping Cream 700g Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons Method:-Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; With electric mixer beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling coffee (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans . Cool completely. Frost with DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE. Bila gula dah agak cair masukkan air panas(Bab ni kena hati2 sikit tau! Nanti dia meletop letop. Apa pun tutup api & cepat2 masukkan air panas tadi sambil standby pegang penutup kuali... Lepas tu masukkan mentega kacau sampai mentega tu cair. Ketepikan. 4 bijik telur ayam 1 cawan susu pekat 1 cawan tepung gandum 2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat 1 sudu kecil esen vanila Cara2:- Pukul telor sampai kembang & pekat. Masukkan susu pekat - Mixer hingga rata Masukkan tepung & soda bikarbonat yg diayak terdahulu. Tuang kan esen vanila Last kekali, masukkan gula hangus tadi. Perap adunan ini selama 3 hingga 4 jam (Bertutup) Untuk mendapatkan sarang yang cantik. Kukus selama satu jam atau sampai masak.

Đánh bông mịn 5 lòng đỏ + 1 trứng. Thêm dầu, sữa đánh đều. Rây bột vào, trộn đều. 2. Cho cacao vào nước nóng, trộn đều 3. Whisk 5 egg yolks + 1 egg until smooth and pale. Add oil, milk, mix well. Sift the flour and whisk until smooth 2. Add cocoa and hot water, mix well 3. Whisk 5 egg whites until foamy then add tartar and sugar until stiff peak stage 4. Fold whites into yolk-flour, mix until incorporated 5. Divide (4) into 2 parts. Add (2) into one part 6. Pour 4 tbsp of plain batter into the centre of the pan, then add 4 tbsp of cocoa batter on top. Repeat until all batter has been used. 7. Use a large baking pan for a hot water bath and bake at 150°C preheat in 50 minutes 8. Once cooked, leave to cool 5 minutes, then upside down and take the cake out. BAHAN-BAHAN :

1 cawan serbuk koko

1 cawan gula pasir

1 cawan susu cair

1 cawan minyak masak

1/2 cawan susu pekat manis

1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum

1tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda bicarbonate

3 biji telur

1 tsp perasa vanilla (tak nak tak apa)

CARA-CARA :

campur koko, gula, susu cair, susu manis dan minyak ke dalam periuk dan masak sebentar atas api kecil sehingga semua larut. tepung,soda dan baking powder diayak satu. telur dipukul kembang bersama dengan perasa vanilla dan dicampur dengan campuran koko tadi.gaul rata dan campur tepung sedikit demi sedikit. gaul sebati dan tuang dalam acuan dan jangan sampai penuh sebab nanti adunan naik.tutup acuan dengan aluminium foil agar tidak masuk wap.kukus selama 1 jam baru angkat dan sejukkan.

CARA-CARA MEMBUAT KRIM COKLAT :

- 1/2 cawan susu pekat manis

- 1/2 serbuk koko

- 1 sudu minyak masak

gaul semua bahan ini sehingga rata kemudian masak sebentar dia atas api yg sederhana kecil sehingga sebati..SELAMAT MENCUBA !!
