Ingredients Chicken-1/2 kg Onion-1 Green chilli-2 Ginger and garlic chopped-1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tbsp Chilli powder- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder- 1 tsp Salt Oil Curd-2 tbsp Curry leaves Method Make a fine paste of onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Mix all the powders, curd , salt and make a fine batter ..marinte chicken pieces for 2 hours.. fry in the oil.. add curry leaves while frying

Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Serves for :3 Ingredients Chicken -1/2kg Kashmiri Chilli powder-3/4tbsp Chilli Powder-1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder-1/4tsp Pepper powder-1/2tsp Coriander Powder-1tsp Garam masala-1/4 tsp Curry leaves -plenty of Coconut oil- Salt Coconut Milk-1cup Tomato-1/2 Chilli-6 Onion -2 big Ginger -1 medium piece Garlic-4 Method In a kadai add all powders and coconut milk .Mix Well.. Then add chicken pieces and salt ..Mix well with hand.. Now close and cook..Once the chicken is cooked open the Kadai and allow the water to get dried.. Now the chicken pieces will be coated with masalas.. In other pan add coconut oil ,fry coconut pieces .. Then add ginger garlic paste ,saute well .. Now add finely chopped onion and green chilli and salt .. Add curry leaves too.. Saute till light golden colour .. Then add chopped tomato and cook .. Now to this add cooked chicken and mix well.. Roast well.. Add garam masala and pepper powder according to ur choice .. Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..Close for 5 five minutes and serve .. WELCOME TO SUNEETHA KITCHENS
TODAY'S RECIPE-CHICKEN ROAST
INGREDIENTS:
chicken-300grms
finely chopped green chillies-5
curry leaves-few
mint leaves-few
corriender leaves-few
red chilley powder-2tbs
turmeric powder-1/4tbs
salt-as per the taste
garam masala powder-1tbs
corriender powder-1tbs
ginger & garlic paste-2tbs
oil-5tbs
PREPARATION METHOD:
take a mixing bowl,add chicken & all ingredients with 2tbs of oil.
mix it well.
keep aside for 1 hour.
after 1 hour,heat a kadai with 3tbs of oil.
once the oil is hot,add chicken pieces.
chicken is fry into 3mins on medium flame.
cover the lid & cook into 4mins in low flame.
next open the lid,chicken is cook into 3mins on high flame without lid.
contionuously,stir it well.
after 5mins add corriender leaves to it.
chicken roast is ready to serve.

SPICY & SIMPLE METHOD OF CHICKEN ROAST IS READY TO SERVE.
