Chicken Shami Kabab - Crispy,Tasty & Delicious Kababs That Melt In Your Mouth By Cook With Fem

Try these crispy ansd delicious kababs that melt in your mouth, made using chicken, chana dal and various other ingredients, cooked and ground to a fine paste then is fried and lo our yummy kababs are ready METHOD 1.In a pan heat oil - 1 tablespoon 2.Add onion - 2 medium sized and shallow fry, then add Garlic cloves - 8 Ginger - 15 gram Medium sized tomato - 1 Spice powder - 1 teaspoon Boneless chicken - 1/2 kilo Salt as required Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon Green chilies chopped - 3 Few coriander and mint leaves Cashew nuts - 12 Mix well and saute Then add split bengal gram - 100 gram soaked in water for 30 minutes Saute them well 3.Now add a cup of water and cook them well till tender, then let them cool and grind them to a fine paste 4.To this shami masala add Chopped onions - small sized Chopped green chilies - 3 Egg - 1 Coconut powder - 2 tablespoon Few chopped nuts - 1 tablespoon Few chopped mint and coriander leaves Clarified butter - 1 teaspoon Salt if required MIx it well give them shapes of shami i.e round 5.In a pan heat oil and either shallow fry or deep fry these kababs 6.Enjoy these kababs as a snack or with your desired recipe

300 grams bengel gram (chana dal)/ washed and soaked in water for an hour
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoons cumin seeds
Ginger 1 Inch & garlic 5-6
10-12 whole dried button red chilies
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
Half teaspoon cloves
Two teaspoon black peppercorns
4 black cardamoms
3 inch cinnamon stick
3 tablespoon thick plain yogurt
4-5 green chilies
Half bunch of coriander leaves /cilantro
Rice Flour 2 Tbs
Bay Leaf 2-3
Mace and Nutmeg 1/2 Tsp
Oil for frying
