(100g) eggs 2 packs (15g) instant yeast* or 1 ounce (30g) fresh yeast *If using active yeast, it needs to be disolved in some of the milk (warm up one-third of the milk to 85ºF (30ºC) and mix in yeast, let sit 5 min and add it to the rest of the ingredients). 14 Tbsp (200g) butter, at room temp Drained macerated golden raisins. This is in no way my original recipe but I have tweaked the amounts a bit to suit my likeness. This flourless, no bake cookie is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can also try adding mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut to the mix or drizzle melted chocolate over it after its set.


3/4 CUP Oats (toasted if you like but not necessary)
1/2 CUP Sugar
1/4 CUP Milk
2 TBSP Butter
1/2 CUP Peanut Butter (I used chunky peanut butter here)
