Also dont waste the cut outs make papdi for your channa chaat. #HappyCookingToYou #Ramzan #FoodFusion #Recipes Homemade Samosa & Roll Patti Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Safed atta (White flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp -Oil 2 tbs -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In bowl,add white flour,salt,oil and mix well. -Gradually add water and knead until soft dough is formed. -Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. -Knead dough again with oil,sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin. -Now cut the dough with cutter,grease with oil and sprinkle flour on 3 rolled dough. -On one rolled dough,place other rolled dough over it (makes 4 layers in this way) and roll out with the help of the rolling pin. -Heat griddle and cook on low flame for 30 seconds each side then separates the 4 layers & let it cool down. -Cut it in roll and samosa patti size with cutter and can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 3 weeks. -Cut the remaining edges with cutter. -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden & crispy. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Safed atta (White flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp -Oil 2 tbs -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Bowl mein safed atta,namak aur oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein. -Dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein. -Dough ko dubara oil laga ker ghond lein aur working surface per atta chirak ker dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Dough ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur oil sa grease ker lein aur 3 rolled dough per atta chirak dein. -Ek rolled dough per baqi tamam rolled dough rakh dein (4 layers bana lein) aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Tawa garam karein aur halki ancch per 30 seconds kliya dono sides sa paka lein phir 4 layers ko alag alag ker lein & thanda ker lein. -Roll aur samosa patti ka sizes mein cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur zip lock bag mein rakh ker 3 weeks kliya freeze ker saktay han. -Baqi remaining edges ko cutter sa cut ker lein. -Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.

This is more like a desi sandwich but tasts very good. #HappyCookingToYou Naan Pockets Recipe in English: Ingredients: Tawa Naan: -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 cups -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp -Baking soda ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Khameer (Dry instant yeast) 1 tsp -Oil 1 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ cup -Pani (Water) Luke warm as required Chicken: -Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup -Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Green coriander) 1 tbs -Chicken small cubes ½ kg -Oil 2 tbs Chutney: -Podina (Mint leaves) 2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-5 -Hara dhania (Green coriander) 3 tbs -Namak (Salt) to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs -Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ cup Assembling: -Naan -Chicken -Pyaz (Onion) Chopped -Tamatar (Tomatoes) Chopped -Band gobhi (Cabbage) Chopped -Chutney Directions: For Tawa Naan: -In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,baking soda,salt,instant yeast,oil,yogurt and mix well. -Add water and knead until dough is formed. -Apply oil over the dough, cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours. -Add oil and knead again. -Now take a dough,makes 5-6 naans and coat in dry flour, roll the ball with the help of rolling pin into a flat round circle and prick with fork. -Heat griddle and put round dough and cook from both sides. For Chicken: -In bowl,add yogurt,whole spice powder,red chili powder,salt,lemon juice,green chili,green coriander and mix well. -Add chicken,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes. -In frying pan,add oil and add marinated chicken,cook until chicken is done,set aside. For Chutney: -In grinder,add mint leaves,grren chili,green coriander,salt,cumin seeds,mayonnaise and yogurt, grind until smooth,set aside. For Chicken: -Bowl mein dahi,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,namak,leemo ka rus,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 15-20 minute kliya marinate ker lein. -Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker chicken pak janay tak paka lein,side per rakh dein. For Chutney: -Grinder mein podina,hari mirch,hara dhania,namak,zeera,mayonnaise aur dahi dalein, smmoth grind ker lein,side per rakh dein. For Assembling: -Naan per chicken,pyaz,tamatar,band gobhi aur chutney dal dein. -Naan ko ek side sa cover ker ka tooth pick laga dein aur chutney ka saath serve karein.
