#BuzyBeez I'm obsessed with Noodle Salads this Summer. Today I'm making a Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef Noodle salad so let's get right into it! SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/honeysucklecatering?sub_confirmation=1 Soba Noodle Salad: https://youtu.be/MBw3bZZjJsk Soba Noodle Stir Fry: https://youtu.be/nxGUkccjkGE Vietnamese Spring Rolls: https://youtu.be/O_mSYnLUSyg Vietnamese Noodle Salad Recipe: Meat Marindade: 3 tbsp minced Lemongrass 1 chopped yellow Onion 1 lb Sliced Tri-Tip Steak 2 tsp Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce 3 cloves minced Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil Mix in together and marinate 30 minutes Fresh Salad Veggies: Chopped Romaine Lettuce Pickled Daikon and Carrots Chopped Mint Bean Sprouts Shredded Cucumbers Fish Sauce Vinaigrette (Nuoc Mam Cham): 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 2 tbsp White Vinegar 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 cup warm Water 1 clove minced Garlic Chili Garlic Sauce (optional) Mix together until sugar dissolves Thin Rice Noodles: http://bit.ly/2sQUmV7 Cook and Drain, let cool In a pan add some Olive Oil and when hot, stir fry the beef and onions, taking care not to crowd. When golden brown, remove. In a bowl layer in the noodles, fresh vegetables and herbs, meat, and garnish with mint and dress with the Fish Sauce dressing. Enjoy! Very easy cookies, hope you enjoy my video. Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. recipe: 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup tahini paste 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 3-4 cups of plain flour Miix all ingredients together then add 3 1/2 cups of flour, 1 cup at a time. Add another 1/2 cup if you feel its too oily and too soft. Make into small equal balls, bake in the oven for about 20 mins or more until bottom of the cookies is light brown. (check bottom not top). You can sprinkle with icing sugar if desired once cooled. Make sure cookies are cool before handling because they break easily when hot.
