How to make Crispy by outside and soft by inside Poori.. follow the recipe and u will get a great poori .. Click the link to get the Bhaji recipe This is an easy recipe https://youtu.be/O_hNYnpUAtM Ingredients Atta/wheat flour - 2 1/2 cup ( 225ml glass) Maida - 2 tbsp Rava - 1 tbsp Water - 1cup + 2 tbsp ( 225 ml) Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 pinch Method Add maida,rava and a pinch of sugar into the Atta and mix well Take a wide bowl to knead the dough. Pour 1 cup+ 2 tbsp of water into the bowl. Add 1 tbsp of oil into the water and mix well Add the Atta mix little by little into this water and mix gently Gradually add the whole flour into the water and knead to get a soft dough Close the soft dough for about 10- 20 minutes After 20 minutes take the dough and knead it once again Roll the whole dough into small balls( as per your choice ) In a bowl,pour some oil and keep the balls in that bowl,to avoid them sticking on the Poori Press Or you can directly place them on the Poori Press,which is greased with the oil Take the poori press to make it into the shape of a poori Grease the Poori Press, and place each balls twice in the Press Heat enough oil in a kadai. Dip each sheets into the oil in medium heat. When it puffed up,flip it after 2 seconds. Fry them till a light golden colour is seen on the sides Transfer them into a strainer and then into a kitchen tissue. So the crispy Poori is ready. Serve it with bhaji or whatever you like

Puris are spices up al little and they taste awesome. Tikhat puri is also known as masala puri. These have got good shelf life so can be good travelling food too. This is very simple and easy recipe. Let’s learn to make tikhat puri. Ingredients: • 2 cups Wheat flour • 1 tsp Besan / Chick pea flour • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder • 1 tbsp Coriander powder • Cumin seeds-ajwain powder (1/2 tsp Cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp ajwain blended coarse) • 1 tsp Sesame seeds • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder • Salt to taste • 3/4 cup Water • Oil for frying Method: • In a dish, take wheat flour. • Add besan, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Cumin seeds and ajwain powder, sesame seeds, turmeric powder and salt. • Mix the dry spices well with flour. • Add a little water at a time and knead thick dough of it. Don’t add much water at a time. • Grease the dough with little oil and transfer the dough into a bowl. • Cover and give it a standing time of 30-45 minutes. • After about an hour take the dough out and knead once more. • Take some dough and roll medium thick chapatti. Chapati should neither be too thick or too thin. • You can make small balls and roll the puris too. • Until you roll the puris, heat up oil in a pan for frying. • After rolling out the chapatti, make puris with the help of a lid. • When puris are ready transfer them into a dish. • When oil is enough hot, lower the heat to low. • Drop one puri into hot oil. After dropping, press it a little with ladle. • When fried well from one side, flip over and fry from another side as well. • Remove the puri from hot oil, drain excess oil and put it on a tissue paper. • You can make 24-25 medium size puris from 2 cups wheat flour. • Tikhat puri goes well with tea. • It has got shelf life of about 7-8 days. So this can be a good travelling food.
