[Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie] ½ cup skim or soy milk 6 oz. vanilla yogurt ¼ c chocolate chips 1 cup fresh raspberries Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen raspberries COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon. [Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie] 3/4 cup frozen berries 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk 2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter In a blender, combine 3/4 cup frozen berries, 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk and 2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter. [Mango Smoothie Surprise] ¼ cup mango cubes ¼ cup mashed ripe avocado ½ cup mango juice ¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 1 Tbsp sugar 6 ice cubes COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 1) Wholesome Orange Monday Smoothie

-1/2 cup orange juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1 peeled, frozen orange
-1 shredded carrot
-1/2 cup peeled & frozen papaya
-Half peach peeled & frozen

2) Radiant Red Tuesday Smoothie

-1/2 cup pomegranate juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt
-1/2 cup frozen raspberries
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1cup water melon
-Half banana sliced & frozen

3) Wednesday Yellow Tropical Twist Smoothie

-1/2cup fresh pineapple juice
-1/2 cup greek yoghurt

-1/2 cup cranberry juice

-Half lime or lemon juice
