Expert level: I don’t mind cutting up a chicken Total cooking time: 6 hours 10 minutes Preparation time 5 hours 35 minutes Cooking time 0 hours 35 minutes Ingredients: Whole chicken - 1 Salt -2 tablespoons Piri Piri ingredients: Olive oil - 1 cup Cider Vinegar - 1/4 cup Wiskey or Bourbon - 1/4 cup Chilli peppers - 4 large Garlic cloves - 3 cloves Suggested tools: Chicken scissors GER - http://amzn.to/27SMJwb Chicken scissors US - http://amzn.to/1NNCbrB Planning & Schedule: 06h10m - Grill the chilli peppers and make the piri piri sauce 06h00m - Take out the back of the chicken and carve.
