Pinakuluan na pork or chicken buto-buto. 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1 tsp salt to suit your taste 1tsp black pepper to suit your taste SEASONING: 5 calmansi or 1 lime or 1lemon 1-2 hot chilli pepper 1/4 cup soy sauce *YOU CAN MAKE 2 PACKS OF MIKI NOODLES JUST ADD ANOTHER 2 LITRES OF WATER AND 1/4 CUP SOYSAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER TO SUIT YOU TASTE* for 5- 10 people Naaalala ko when I was a kid in my hometown sa Lipa, my uncle had a small karenderya.
