It is popular in Northern India due to its unique taste. “Shahi” means “Royal” & “Paneer” means “Cottage Cheese.” Shahi paneer is prepared with fresh cheese paneer, creams, onions & a variety of spices. To give it a spicy feel, green chillies, brown cardamoms and garam masala can be added. It can be eaten with roti, naan or even puris. It is a perfect dish for parties, dinners and other special occasions.
