Learn How to make Shahi Kimami Seviyan at Home Ingredients: 1.Seviyan(I have taken 100 gms) 2.Sugar/Cheeni(100 gms) 3.Dry Fruits(Badam,Kaju,pista-finely chopped) 4.Khowa/Mawa(1 cup) 5.Ghee(3 tbsp). 6.Milk(1 glass) 7.Food colour 8.Elaichi and cloves Procedure: 1.In a Frying pan add 3 tbsp of ghee,when its hot add seviyan and stir continuously till they are golden brown.Ensure to stir well as seviyan might get burnt.Keep the flame at medium. 2.In a glass of milk add food colour and stir well. 3.Add 1 tbsp of ghee when its hot add elaichi and long.Next add coloured milk and sugar. 4.Stir well continuously. 5.At the end , add mawa/khowa,this will enhance taste. Tasty Khimami seviya are now ready to serve.

Hello Friends - Thank you for watching:) Do like and Subscribe Cooking Easy. Shahi Tukda Recipe - Take Bread Slices, cut the edges and cut diagonally. In a frying pan, take ghee and heat it well.When its hot place the bread slices and fry them well on both the sides(Its important that you fry them well, else when you add rabri,bread will melt before serving:)) Now lets make Rabri - I have taken half litre milk. Boil it well.Stir continuously. Add 1/4 cup sugar stir well...All 1 tsp cardamon powder.,1 tsp saffron- Stir well. Now add - 1 tsp khowa, 1tsp finely chopped dry fruits. Cook it on low flame. Rabri is ready. Lets make Sugar syrup - Take 1 glass of water,to this add 1/3 cup sugar.1 pinch of food colour.Cook it on medium high flame.Its now ready. For serving: First dip the fried bread pieces in sugar syrup - place them in serving plate, add Rabri all over the bread slices.Garnish it with finely chooped dry fruits. Its ready to be served. Shahi Tukda is ready to be served:)
