How To Make Butter Chicken At Home | Restaurant Style Recipe | The Bombay Chef – Varun Inamdar

Learn how to make Butter Chicken, a heavenly chicken gravy recipe by Chef Varun Inamdar. Butter Chicken is probably one of the most popular Indian chicken recipes liked by all & hence chef Varun Inamdar brings to your kitchen, your favorite delicacy from the restaurant. Ingredients For the chicken 300 gms Chicken breast boneless 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chilli powder Salt to taste Oil to pan fry For the gravy 500 gms  roughly slit tomatoes 100 gms roughly cut onions 1 tbsp garlic paste 50 gms cashew 1 tsp kasoori methi 1/2 tsp garam masala 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 5 tbsp butter 3 tbsp cream 2 tbsp malt vinegar / 1.5 tbsp White Vinegar Salt to taste Method - Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes - In a pan heat some oil then fry the marinated chicken pieces in it,once done place it into a bowl. - In the same pan add onion, oil, spoonful of butter and once the onions are cooked add tomatoes and cashew nuts - Add some water and garlic paste, salt, malt vinegar, sugar, garam masala powder and chilli powder. Evenly mix it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes - Churn the mixture into fine puree. - Strain it back into the same pan make sure there is minimal wastage. - Add butter, cream, chicken and kasoori meethi and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. - Garnish it with cream and kasoori meethi Butter Chicken is ready to be served! Presting you a most perfect and flavourful chicken dish with a spicy touch will be a perfect appetizer to much with rice and roti. Ingredients used in Pan Fry Chicken • Oil - 2 tablespoons. • Whole garam masala - 25 grams. • Dry red chilies - 4 number. • Onions(chopped) - 1 number. • Chicken - 200 grams. • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon. • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon. • Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon. • Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon. • Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 number. • Water - as required. • Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon. • Curry leaves - 1 springs. • Crushed pepper - 1/2 tea spoon. • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch. • Green chilies - 3 number. Method: Firstly heat oil in a pan add whole garam masala, dry red chilies, onions, salt and cook until onions are slightly brown. Now add chickenpieces, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato pieces and cook till tomatoes are soft. Then add water and cook the chicken for 12-15 by closing the lid on. Now drain thecurry, separate the chicken pieces and keep aside. Take a blenderadd cooked masalaingredientsmake it into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chicken pieces, and mix well Now add masala paste, leftover chicken stock, crushed pepper mix well Finally add coriander leaves, green chilies and saute for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with rice or roti. WELCOME TO SUNEETHA KITCHENS TODAY'S RECIPE-CHICKEN ROAST INGREDIENTS: chicken-300grms finely chopped green chillies-5 curry leaves-few mint leaves-few corriender leaves-few red chilley powder-2tbs turmeric powder-1/4tbs salt-as per the taste garam masala powder-1tbs corriender powder-1tbs ginger & garlic paste-2tbs oil-5tbs PREPARATION METHOD: take a mixing bowl,add chicken & all ingredients with 2tbs of oil. mix it well. keep aside for 1 hour. after 1 hour,heat a kadai with 3tbs of oil. once the oil is hot,add chicken pieces. chicken is fry into 3mins on medium flame. cover the lid & cook into 4mins in low flame. next open the lid,chicken is cook into 3mins on high flame without lid. contionuously,stir it well. after 5mins add corriender leaves to it. chicken roast is ready to serve.
