FOR MILK whole milk 1 liter or 4 cups Nido milk powder 5 tbsp. green cardamom 4 to 5 1/2 cup sugar or to taste Add milk powder , sugar and cardamom in milk and heat it well . For Balls .............. Nido milk powder 1 cup baking powder 1 tsp all purpose flour 1/2 tbsp. semolina 1 tbsp. green cardamom powder 1 pinch cooking oil 1 tbsp 1 whole egg Mix everything together but add the egg gradually . dont knead it , just mix it . make balls and add in heated milk instantly . cook for 6 to 8 mins or till rise . add crushed almonds and pistachios . let it come at room temperature in the same pot and then transfer in serving bowl . Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy
