Transfer to glass, and stir in flaxseed oil. [Sweet Spinach Smoothie] 2 cups spinach leaves, packed 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped 15 green or red grapes 6 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons chopped avocado 1 or 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients until blended to the desired consistency. [Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie] ½ cup skim or soy milk 6 oz. vanilla yogurt ¼ c chocolate chips 1 cup fresh raspberries Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen raspberries COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon. [Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie] 3/4 cup frozen berries 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk 2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter In a blender, combine 3/4 cup frozen berries, 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk and 2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter. [Mango Smoothie Surprise] ¼ cup mango cubes ¼ cup mashed ripe avocado ½ cup mango juice ¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 1 Tbsp sugar 6 ice cubes COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with sliced mango or strawberry, if desired, and serve.

Here are the ingredients I use for my pan seared steaks: 1. Kosher salt 2. Black pepper 4. Olive Oil Here is the step-by-step process I use to make my pan seared steaks just perfect: 1. I buy the steaks a couple of days before we are going to cook them. 2. I seal the steaks well and let them sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 days 3. I take the steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before I'm ready to cook them 4. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit 5. Use the kosher salt to cover the steaks on all sides 6. Add black pepper to the steaks 7. Place the steaks in the backing dish and put the meat thermometer in one of the steaks 8. Bake until the internal temperature of the steaks reaches 127 degrees Fahrenheit (about 30-40 minutes) 9. Take the steaks out of the oven 10. Add olive oil in a large pan and set the burner to "high" to sear the steaks 11. When the oil starts to sizzle, carefully place the steaks in it 12. Sear each one of the 4 sides for about 45 seconds each (for medium rare to medium) 13.After you take the steaks out of the pan, let them rest for 10 minutes, then slice one of them to check if done to your taste. As a side to our perfect oven baked pan seared steaks, we usually have steamed asparagus with sea salt, or steamed green beans with garlic, salt and dill (dry or fresh depending on the season). P.S. This is always more than enough for one meal, so we hardly ever have a third option on the plate. TASTY SMOOTHIE RECIPE WITH YOGURT AND FROZEN FRUIT

This easy and healthy smoothie recipe can be a breakfast or lunch substitute as it is loaded with so many healthy ingredients.
Here are the ingredients:

1 cup of yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (you can use strawberries)
*I made it with banana once but didn't taste very good*
Honey to taste
Ginger
3 tbsps of nuts
*In this recipe I'm using sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, walnuts, and flax seeds*
1 tbsp of dried goji berries
Blend very well in a Vitamix or the Nutribullet
