Baked Chicken and Potatoes with Bechamel Sauce Recipe

In this video we will show you how to make baked mozzarella chicken breast with bechamel sauce and baked potatoes. It's pretty simple and very nutritious. Step by step you will learn bechamel sauce chicken recipe. People love bechamel sauce taste with lasagna, it's also turn amazing with chicken breast. Mozzarella top color, will turn golden brown, you will love this image so much. Preparation for bechamel chicken: Transfer sliced potatoes into a pyrex tray Salt - Blackpepper - Thyme Olive oil Place the potatoes On 200C(400F) pre-heated oven, bake for around 20 minutes (It shouldnt become golden brown) Pour vegetable oil into a pan and then fry the onions Add sliced garlic When it color turn white add red peppers and Italian peppers, add tomato paste add black pepper, paprika, salt now let's start to make bechamel sauce Preparation for Bechamel Sauce Transfer the butter into a pot Add in the flour Gradually stir in the milk Keep stirring, let it boil for 5 minutes Season with black pepper and salt Turn the heat off and let it chill Transfer onto half baked potatoes Spread some mozzarella cheese on it Bake for about 25-30 minutes on 200C (400F) pre heated oven -Chicken breast -1 Onion -1 Red Pepper -1 Green pepper -4 Tablespoons oil -Half a teaspoon of black pepper -1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes -1 Teaspoon salt For --Bechamel Sauce Ingredients: -2 tablespoons flour -3 Cups milk -50g Butter -1 Teaspoon salt -A Pinch black pepper For --Potatoes: -3 medium size potatoes Half a teaspoon of salt -1 Teaspoon thyme Half a teaspoon of red pepper -2 Tablespoons olive oil 100gr grated mozzarella

Hyderabadi Green Chicken is a famous recipe of Hyderabad made during marriages and Functions. It is made using various spice, yogurt and a paste of roasted nuts. METHOD 1.Chicken - 750 gram 2.To the chicken pieces add Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon Salt - as required Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Yogurt - 200 gram Green food colour - 3 pinches (optional) Grind few coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies - 6 add this paste to chicken Mix these ingredients well and keep aside 3.Now let us make another paste , for this we need Deep fried onions - 2 medium sized Roasted Pistachios - 20 Roasted Cashew nuts - 15 Roasted Almonds - 20 Grind this into a fine paste using little water Add this paste also to the marinated chicken And marinate it for 2 hours in refrigerator 4.Heat oil - 3 tablespoon To it add Cinnamon - 2 sticks Cloves - 4 Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Saute for 10 seconds 5.Roast it under high flame for 5 to 8 minutes then lower the flame and cook till chicken turns tender 6.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or chapati

Ingredients:
600g Chicken
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
½ cup Yogurt
Direction for Tandoori Chicken:
Place the Deep cuts on Chicken
Now pure the chicken in the bowl
Marinate it for one minutes by adding salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, yogurt
Now add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil in the cooking pot and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown
Now put the silver bowl in the cooking pot and put an ember on it
Now add 1 tsp cooking on ember and cover it for 1-2 minutes.
Your tasty Tandoori Chicken now ready to serve
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Serve: 2-3
